So my back was tripping yesterday as it so often does, and I couldn't go with my Michelle and family to C.N.Y. celebration and I was really disappointed. It is a day that highlights family,reunion and thanksgiving which being with her completely symbolizes. And b/c I am so lucky as to be so loved by them, look at the wonderful things they brought me!! The thoughtfulness and care in each of my gifts! And the things my nephew Aaron got me made me a little misty. I mean, I knew the kid liked me, but when he came in with the wonderful books and beautiful bookmarks and was so excited to give them to me b/c he knows I practice Buddhism, my heart was so touched and I then knew he loved and thought highly of me.
