Lemons and Sunshine -Day 29

I asked what color I should focus on before I go to sleep then shuffled my Secrect Language of Colour cards and got yellow for the second time in a week. The first thing that came to mind was the house cleansing/blessing I did tonight and used fresh lemon in the water for the floor wash. Lemon is excellent for cleansing in both the physical and the spiritual plane. My dear friend Marjorie who was my trainer for a few years used to make meme drink hot lemon water every single morning due to its numerous health benefits. Can I tell you I hate lemons now lol. I guess this is a sign I need to start that again. I think Jophiel is trying to reach out to me again. I forgot to get the yellow candle for him. This also makes me think I need to soak up some sunshine. That is if it decides to ever shine again here in NOLA. It's been cloudy/foggy/rainy/overcast for weeks. Maybe I'll go to the market and get some yellow flowers tomorrow and let them bring some sunny vibes to me.

Waiting For the Magick - Day 28

I am so sleepy, kinda like last night (if you couldn't tell with the three sentence post lol). I stayed until 6:30AM to watch President Mandela's memorial. So the past two nights have been quite a challenge to keep my commitment to a post a night. I pulled The Magician I from the Robin Wood deck. He stands here with his hand extended as though he is offering a magickal gift to me. The yellow background speaks to me of the arch angel Jophiel again and also the crystal citrine. Maybe I need to start carrying a piece with me. It is so good for the solar plexus chakra, the power center. I've been thinking a lot of trying my hand at a crystal grid. Citrine is great for money. For some reason the number 1 is making me think of the month of January, which is interesting because if I'm going to draw a connection to a particular month, I always associate this card with late March through April for Aries .

So to sum it all up, I need to remain optimistic because I will be offered a magickal new opportunity or gift in January that will bring money and a feeling of joy and empowerment. Hmm. I guess we'll see.

As I was writing the date in the title, it hit me that today is the 28th consecutive day of me making posts. They say it takes 27 days to form a habit. I think my buddy the Magician is here to escort me over the threshold of life as a daily blogger. Maybe the devilish spark in his eye hints of things yet to come as a direct result.

Keepin' On - Day 27

As I look at the Knight of Swords from the Crystal Visions tarot, and then I look out the window, I see the same fog-laden, lavender sky. The first thing I am thinking of is the message I had for someone about St. Germain and that he confirmed it made sense to him. I think I will do a meditation with to connect with him tonight.

Now I see this knight flying above the grey storm clouds. He looks really cold and pissed off, yet he trudges on. A reminder to keep on keepin' on regardless of how shitty conditions may be.

Focus, Accomplishment and Pride - Day 26

The Crystal Visions deck called of me tonight and the 3 of pentacles jumped out while shuffling. We see a couple in a clearing in the woods, each focused on working on their own projects but seeming to quietly enjoy each other's company. The man stirs what is inside of a huge cauldron and the woman monitors the progress of her garden and the three beautiful pentacles it has produced at various stages of development while w humming bird hovers overhead. (Did you know they can travel over 2,000 miles?!)

This card says a number of things to me. It says I need to acknowledge that though it may be slow moving, progress is being made. It reminds me that I have numerous resources available to me, the most precious being the those who love me dearly. It cautions me of the dangers of codependency, a monster of which I must always be mindful. It tells me to do what I must in order to be focused and organized so I can use my energy wisely as well as look back and feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. And it also speaks of traveling great distances. All-in-all, yet another sign that things are coming together and will produce solid results.

Indigo, St. Germain, and the Violet Flame - Day 25

I decided to follow with the same theme as last night and use my Secret Language of Colour Oracle to ask what divine energy is around me today. Indigo fell out of the deck. If you can't tell by now, I have a very strong affinity for this color hee-hee. Earlier this week I had a very annoying and thankfully brief conversation with a very intoxicated person who kept asking me about St. Germain and I kept trying to tell said person I really didn't know much about him.Then earlier tonight I was strolling along on Facebook and saw the most gorgeous picture.

Then I was looking on YouTube for videos people have done about the Orishas and I trip over a really nice video meditation working with the violet flame which is associated with St. Germain. (I'll put the video below) In my mind I see a friend of mine (who is an amazing hands hands on healer!) so I text him and tell him I feel like he is supposed to connect with St. Germain. And then this is the card I pulled. Guess I need to do my homework on him.

But I did do the meditation that is advised in the booklet that comes with the cards. Close your eyes and put your palms over them. See an indigo light entering them and then picture something specific you want to happen in your life. Place it in an indigo bubble and send it to the universe. Ask the divine to manifest what you see in your mind's eye to a reality you can see and experience in the physical plane. I felt so at peace when I did this. Thank you St. Germain.

Yellow, Coral, and Sapphire - Day 24

Tonight I asked what divine energies had been with me today by using my Secret Language of Colour Oracle Inna Segal.

What angel was around me? Yellow - I know yellow is one of Raphael's colors, but something told me to see who else. So I Google it and my face almost fell off my head! Wouldn't you know I end up finding a post that Lisa, a fellow blogger/reader that I have the utmost respect for, made SPECIFICALLY FOR ME a few years ago! One of the cards I got was Jophiel from her gorgeous Angels of Atlantis Oracle! I will so be buying a yellow candle tomorrow and calling upon him! I mean talk about synchronicity!

What Orisha or Lwa? - Coral and Sapphire - Ok... did I just use the word synchronicity? Last night I did another spell to Oshun. Her sacred two of her sacred colors are yellow and orange. Tonight I happened to put on my orange pajama bottoms. The card advises you on how to work with the coral ray to increase synchronicity to flow into your experience! And the color sapphire is her sister Yemaya's sacred color. One of the primary things I petitioned Oshun for ties in directly with what I asked Yemeya for! And got answers from both of them today in very specific ways!

I am so very grateful! Thank you Spirit!
